How do I withdraw funds from my account?

Once you check you Assetise wallet and see that you have the correct funds you would like to withdraw in your available balance, you can place a withdrawal request, by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Withdraw Funds button in the left-hand menu.
  2. On the ‘How much money you would like to withdraw?’, enter the amount to withdraw.
  3. Click ‘Continue’.
  4. Select the currency.
  5. Check the default payment method is accurate. If not, click ‘Other Payment Options’.
  6. Click ‘Submit’.

How do I deposit funds?

To add funds to your Assetise account, you have various payment methods available in your country. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Assetise investment platform and log in
  2. Click on the ‘Deposit Funds’ option
  3. Enter the desired amount and select your preferred currency
  4. Choose the payment method from the provided dropdown menu

What should I do if I can’t see my withdrawn funds?

Typically, your funds should be received within a few days, depending on the chosen payment method. If you still haven’t received the funds within that timeframe, please consider the following options:

• Verify the status of your funds: Access your (link transactions page here) to check if the transaction has been processed. If it indicates that the transaction has been completed, the funds have been sent to you. Clicking on the transaction details will provide a breakdown of the payment method(s) used. In this case, please contact your payment provider for further assistance.

• Confirm the processing date of the withdrawal: We always send an email confirming the status of your withdrawal within 2 business days of your request. Once your withdrawal has been approved, you can expect to receive your funds within a few days. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam folder or refer to your withdrawal dashboard.

• Review the submitted information: If you attempted to withdraw funds using a bank transfer, ensure that the information provided during the process is accurate and correct.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your funds are being processed correctly and address any potential issues that may have arisen during the withdrawal process.

• Accept the withdrawal in your payment method If you initiate a withdrawal to your PayPal account, please ensure that you accept the withdrawal within your PayPal account. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request after a processing period of 3 days.

If you are unable to locate your withdrawn funds, please click here to reach out to our Customer Service team. We may request an official account statement from your bank or payment provider to assist us in the investigation. The statement should include the following details:

• Your full name • The name of your bank or payment provider • All recent transactions within a specific timeframe. Our Customer Service team will specify the exact dates required for verification purposes.

Which credit card types are accepted?

Assetise will accept credit and debit payments from the following cards:

• Visa • Mastercard • Maestro

Only debit cards that can receive funds and have a 3 digit CVV code at the back of the card are accepted.

How do I choose where to receive my withdrawn funds?

  1. Select the ‘Withdraw Funds’ tab in the sidebar.
  2. Enter the amount to withdraw and click ‘Next’.
  3. Review the default payment option. Click ‘Other Payment Options’ to select another payment method.
  4. You can select one of the payment methods you used to deposit or add a new payment method.

NOTE: We may have to refund the original deposits where we deem it necessary to ensure the security of your funds.

Once we process the withdrawal, details of where the funds were sent will be shown on your withdrawal dashboard.
